The fabricated IGBT H-bridge circuit produces a square-wave output voltage of frequency 50 Hz when the duty cycle is set to \(D=1\). (a) Fabricated H-bridge circuit of the schematic shown in Fig. 4. (b) The output square wave is displayed by the Tektronix oscilloscope model TDS2012B.
