Two-week-old wheat seedlings grown from seeds primed in vitro with spent supernatants from either ADJ1 or ADJ6 alone. The endophyte-primed seeds germinated into seedlings with more developed shoots and roots compared to the unprimed control seedlings. This enhanced early growth indicates beneficial effects from seed priming with the ADJ isolates' spent supernatants.
