Comparative analysis of reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation in uropathogenic E. coli UTI89 biofilms treated with Tryptamine and cell-free supernatant (CFS). The experimental group treated with Lactobacillus CFS, and tryptamine exhibited a significant increase in ROS generation compared to the control group. Statistical significance was determined using Student’s t-test (***p < 0.001).
