(a) Effect of kaempherol-3-rhamnoside and its combination on glucose level was analyzed. Statistical significance was determined by a p-value less than 0.05 (*p < 0.05). The following pairs were compared for statistical significance: a) normal control versus diabetic control corresponding to the same day, b) diabetic control versus treatment groups corresponding to the same day; (b) Effect of kaempherol-3-rhamnoside and its combination on insulin level was studied. The statistical significance threshold was set at a p-value of less than 0.05, denoted as *p < 0.05 in the results section. Comparison between treatment groups and diabetic control (b) as well as normal control (a) were analyzed for significant differences in insulin levels.
