HCA map was employed to cluster antioxidant metabolites and oxidative status under various basal media based on the Pearson correlations coefficient. Colors in matrix boxes represent the direction of correlation: intense red indicates strong positive, and blue indicates strong negative correlations. Three basic clusters are shown from 1 to 3 on the image.
