The red filled black squares are the ΔR2* signal sampled at TR, with the Gompertz function Sfit(t) shown as a red line. The blue dashed line slope is rCBF and its time range is MTT. The amplitude of change represents the rCBV. The geometry of the right angle triangle formed by rCBF, MTT and rCBV verifies the Central Volume Theorem.
