Comparing the global dFBB SUVR, eFBB SUVR, and R1 between the Aβ−NC and Aβ+NC groups (Aβ positivity determined by the SUVR cutoff). The global dFBB SUVR (A) showed significant Aβ depositions in the Aβ+NC group compared to the Aβ−NC group. The global eFBB SUVR (B) showed no significant difference between the groups. The global R1 (C) showed a significant perfusion increase in the Aβ+NC group compared to the Aβ−NC group.
