The effect of DhL, DC-X6 and DC-X11 on ROS generation. Parasites (3 × 10⁶/mL) were incubated with 20.5 or 41 μM of DhL (A) and in the absence or in the presence of 3 mM GSH; 27.5 or 55 μM of DC-X6 (B) 32 or 98 μM of DC-X11 (C) for 12 h and processed for ROS measurement as described in material and methods.
