Effects of GALNT15 overexpression on adipogenesis in SGBS cells. SGBS cells were infected with adenovirus overexpressing GalNAc-T15-FLAG fusion protein (GALNT15; black columns) or adenovirus without insertion (vehicle; white columns) for 24 h, followed by adipogenic induction.
