Beta diversity of bacterial community structures on the hair shaft, hair swab, and scalp swab in 108 samples from 12 volunteers and their biplot analysis at phylum level. The PCoA is based on the weighted UniFrac distance. The PC1 axis is associated with abundance of Actinomycetota, while the PC2 axis is associated with abundance of Pseudomonadota.
