A panel of representative tissue cores with scoring of miR-20a-5p stained by in situ hybridization (ISH) in tumor stromal fibroblasts (stroma), cancer cell cytoplasm (cytoplasm) and cancer cell nuclei (nucleus). Cores were given scores of 0–3 based on the intensity of the staining in each tissue- and subcellular compartment.
