Wu Kabat variability plot for 3AB protein alignment. The graph represents the Wu Kabat variability plot generated on protein alignment sequences of the selected genes. There is non-significant variation at most sites as variability is not above threshold 1.0 but at some sites higher variability exists. Mostly at amino acid position range from 125 to 150 more number of significant variations observed.
