Wogonin inhibits migration and invasion of GC cells. (A) SGC-7901 and BGC-823 cells were scraped with a pipette tip and then were treated with wogonin at different concentrations for 24 h. Then the percentages of closure wound were measured and calculated. (B-C) SGC-7901 and BGC-823 cells were treated with different concentrations of wogonin for 24 h and then transwell assays were applied to determine the ability of cell migration (B) and invasion (C). Then the migration rate (B) and invasion rate (C) were evaluated relative to the control group. ***p < 0.001 vs. DMSO group.
