Immunohistochemistry of third-passage cells. HE panels show single cells. EMA showed consistent positive cytoplasmatic staining around the cells albeit lower scoring in comparison to primary tumors. None of the samples displayed positive PR in vitro. All cell lines showed high KI67 (10–30%). SSTR2 showed consistent staining and scoring, and GFAP showed (negative) unspecific staining for all samples.
