  1. *Protein concentration, number of subunits, and subunit ratios were investigated under inducing growth conditions (100 ng/mL norfloxacin) using quantitative ELISA. Quantification was performed using a StxA2a and StxB2a standard within the range of 7.8 ng/mL and 1000 ng/mL. Data are means ± standard deviation of the experiments performed in three biological replicates (n = 3).
