Wild-caught frogs are indicated by circles and frogs sampled in zoos are indicated by triangles. Cross-bred zoo frogs are indicated by an ‘x’ in the name (e.g. Aldergrove x Maria Slough). Zoo frogs with unknown parentage are indicated as “unknown” or according to their respective zoo (if many-generations zoo-born). c) and d) contain only the three wild populations with ≥ 15 samples.
