Network architecture and ensemble construction. Data were split 80 − 20 into training and testing sets at the level of the subjects, balanced for multiple demographic and biological characteristics. The training data underwent 5-fold cross-validation (ntrain = 4,092). The resulting models were ensembled and then applied to the independent test data (ntest = 283).
