Lanes 2 and 15: negative controls; Lane 27, L. aethiopica(positive control); Lanes 3, 4, 11, 12, 13, 22, 23, 24, and 26: no amplified results; Lanes 5, 5, 6, 8, 10, 14, 17, 20, 21, 25, 14, and 15: positive results. Lanes 18 and 19 show positive results with weak amplification (confirmed after repeated experiments).
