Reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation in HT-29 (A) and PC-3 (B) cells after 2-h treatment with MM124 and MM125 at concentrations of 0.5xIC50, IC50, and 2xIC50 concentrations and 500 μM H2O2 used in the experiment as a positive control. Data were presented as median relative fluorescence intensity units (RFU) with interquartile range and minimal and maximal values. The Kruskal–Wallis test was employed to show a statistically significant difference between groups. Dunn’s multiple comparisons test was used to compare mean rank differences between control and treated groups. In all groups, N = 15.
