GAPDH was used as a loading control. p-BIK levels were normalized with reference to BIK levels. Cleaved-caspase3/9 levels were normalized with reference to pro-caspase3/9 levels. The results shown were representative of at least three independent experiments. The student’s t-test or one-way ANOVA was used to detect the differences among groups. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001.
