The principal component analysis based on pathological findings. The principal component analysis (PCA) score plot (A) showed visible relationship among 38 cases. All cases were divided into two clusters using K-means algorithm (orange, Cluster 1; blue, Cluster 2). The principal component vector plot (B) indicated how each pathological variable contributed to the variance in the data. PC1, first principal component; PC2, second principal component.
