(A-B) Confocal microscopy analysis of SGC-7901 cells treated with WA (20 µM) for 30 min and 10 Gy radiation, followed by staining with phalloidin (green), LAMP1 (red), and DAPI (blue). (C-D) Cells were treated with both WA and radiation and then stained with acridine orange AO, (1 µg/ml) or LysoTracker Red (50 ng/ml) for 30 min. (E-F) SGC-7901 cells were stained with DQ-BSA (10 µg/ml) for 2 h and then treated with both WA and radiation. Representative fluorescence images are shown. Scale bars: 10 μm.
