Liquid-PRF preparation process and its biological contents. Blood samples were collected from volunteers into tubes without anticoagulants and subsequently centrifuged at 300 g for 5 min. Liquid-PRF was collected from the interface between the yellow serum and the buffy coat layers (a). Platelet count of whole blood and liquid-PRF (Mean ± standard deviation (S.D.) N = 9).
