SGs affect protein nanoparticle-related osmotic pressure in inflammasomes in U87 cells stimulated with LPS and nigericin. All U87 cells were incubated with 100 ng/mL LPS for 4 h and then with 20 µmol/L nigericin for 30 min in the presence or absence of EWSR1-G511A or TRIM21 siRNA.
