Inhibitory potency of flavonols on BCRP activity in MDCKII-BCRP. Cells were treated with prazosin (5 µM) in the presence of various concentrations of novobiocin (0, 0.01, 0.5, 0.2, 1, 5, 10, and 20 µM;A) or 22 flavonols (0, 0.01, 0.4, 2, 10, and 30 µM; B–G) and then incubated for 20 min. Flavonols are presented with their compound number. Data are expressed as the mean ± SD of three independent biological replicates (n = 3).
