Dependence of the proteolytic activity of C. glabrata secretome and cell wall proteome on pH. Proteolytic activities of preparations containing a mixture of surface proteins (CWP) and concentrated post-culture media after culture in YPD broth or RPMI 1640 medium were determined using BODIPY-casein reagent. The results are presented as relative values, which were normalized against the highest recorded value, which was taken as 100%. The graph shows the averaged values obtained from the two experiments along with the standard deviation (SD).
