The area under the curve (AUC) is 0.853, with a 95% confidence interval of (0.643, 1.0). An inverted curve indicates the inverse relationship between the predicted probabilities and the actual outcomes. (B) ROC curve for CD3 + CD8 + T cell mitochondrial mass. The AUC is 0.871, with a 95% confidence interval of (0.714, 0.987), suggesting strong diagnostic performance. Each curve represents the relationship between sensitivity and specificity for distinguishing between the specified groups. A higher AUC value, particularly one approaching 1.0, indicates better discriminatory performance.
