APOA1 was upregulated by DPM treatment in CCD-8Lu and Hs68 cells. CCD-8Lu and Hs68 cells were plated at a density of 4,000 cells/cm² in a 60 mm dish and incubated with various concentrations of DPM for 24–48 h at 70% confluence.
