APOA1 was regulated by TRIM dependent degradation in Hs68 cells. Hs68 cells were plated at a density of 4,000 cells/cm² in a 60 mm dish and transfected with 50 nM TRIM25 siRNA for 48 h at 70% confluence, respectively, and then incubated with 400 µg/mL DPM for 24 h. (A) The mRNA levels of APOA1, TRIM25 and GAPDH were determined by RT-qPCR. (B) The protein levels of APOA1 and TRIM25 were evaluated by western blot analysis.
