Permittivity as determined at ambient temperature versus frequency of heat treated at 1300 °C Ca3(Si3O9)/CoO nanoceramics of different CoO content as indicated. It is reflecting clearly the effect of both conductivity contribution, CC, and electrode polarization, EP. Inset shows similar presentation of the electric loss modulus.
