EWAS on ADHD was performed in the anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) using statistical models correcting for both two different cell populations (NeuN+/NeuN−) and seven different cell types (endothelial cells, stromal cells, astrocytes, microglia, oligodendrocytes, GABA- and GLU neurons).
