Reconstructions ordered along all latent dimensions of the 3D-NPC dataset. Super-particles reconstructed by registration of particles in 20 bins for all 8 latent space dimensions. For the purpose of concise illustration we only show bins 1, 5, 10, 15 and 20. The reconstructions for latent dimension 4 show continuous heterogeneity in the radius of the NPCs, latent dimension 8 in the height of the NPCs. The scale bar applies to all images.
