ATO induces apoptosis in HepG2 cells as shown by Facs after 48 h. Following treatment with 4 µM ATO, representative FACS analysis demonstrates that ATO promoted apoptosis in HepG2 cells. Cells were double-stained with annexin V and PI before being analyzed using flow cytometry. After being exposed to the appropriate concentrations of ATO, apoptotic cells are shown in (a) and (b) shows a representative cellular histogram of 4 μM ATO response on cancer cells after 48 h of incubation.
