Impact of TOP2A on Pan-Cancer Prognosis. (A–D) The analysis showed that in all cancers, increased expression of TOP2A was significantly associated with poor overall survival (OS), progression-free interval (PFI), disease-specific survival (DSS), and disease-free interval (DFI) (P < 0.001). (E–H) The univariate Cox regression analyses for TOP2A expression in pan-cancer revealed a positive association between TOP2A expression and OS, disease-free survival (DFS), DSS, and progression-free survival (PFS) (as depicted in the forest plot). A hazard ratio (HR) value greater than 1 indicated a risk factor, whereas an HR value less than 1 indicated a favorable factor.
