Flow diagram. Of the 161 patients included, Gr 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 neutropenia was observed in 93, 8, 22, 30, and 8 patients, respectively. The patients were divided into different groups based on the cutoff neutrophil counts. At cutoff A, 93 patients were in the Gr 0 group, and 68 patients were in the Gr 1–4 group. At cutoff B, 101 patients were in the Gr 0–1 group and 60 patients were in the Gr 2–4 group. At cutoff C, 123 patients were in the Gr 0–2 group and 38 patients were in the Gr 3–4 group.
