BMDA treatment diminishes the levels of inflammatory cytokine transcripts during repeated UVB exposures. (A–D) The total RNAs were isolated from the dorsal skin tissues of the SKH-1 hairless mice under UVB irradiation for four weeks. Quantitative PCR was performed using 2x Power SYBR green and cytokine-specific primers after cDNA synthesis.
