The illustration of each test conducted in VR (left column) and real environment (right column). The green dashed line in the Drop-Bar Test real environment (right column) indicates the baseline from which the measurements began in the real environment. In the jump-and-reach test in VR, participants touched virtual panels with the controller; the panels would then swing upon contact. In real environment, participants used chalk to mark their maximum jump height directly on the wall. In the parkour test, the final three trials included the presence of a virtual opponent.
