Heterozygous mice G5 were intercrossed to obtain G6: CT-Terc+/+, CT-Terc+/− and CT-Terc−/−. In parallel, C57BL/6J Terc+/− animals were crossed to obtain C57-Terc+/+, C57-Terc+/− and C57-Terc−/− animals. Panel B. Linear regression analysis was used to assess the rate of telomere shortening with age. The Pearson correlation coefficient and linear regression equation were calculated (Y = −0,01723*X + 1,147) and were significant for CT-Terc+/-, p < 0.01.
