TOF-SIMS maps of CH₂⁺, Li₂F⁺, Mn⁺, and Ni⁺ ions after Cs⁺ sputtering on LNMO obtained from LNMO/Li half-cells with (a) STD and (b) STD + Mg after 500 cycles at 5 C. The secondary ion maps were acquired in a TOF-SIMS sputtering region with dimensions of 500 μm × 500 μm.
