In the graph, P.C is the control treated only with canine PD-L1 (tag: mouse Fc) and human PD-1 (tag: human Cκ), whereas N.C is the control where only canine PD-L1 was used, followed by treatment with secondary antibody. (D) The scFv candidates were treated simultaneously with canine PD-L1 protein, and the residual levels of canine PD-L1 were determined using ⍺-mouse Fc-HRP. The results were measured at OD 450 nm.
