Morphology and immunocytochemistry of CK-7 and CK-19 in CCA cells. (A–C) Phase-contrast microscopy was used to observe the brightfield morphology of KKU-466, KKU-610, and KKU-097 cells in the 45th, 60th, and 66th passages (10X magnification, scale bar = 100 μM). (D–I) Immunocytochemistry of CK-7 and CK-19. All CCA cells were cultured in slide chambers for 24 h, and the cells were fixed and stained with CK-7 and CK-19 antibodies (20X magnification, scale bar = 100 μM).
