  1. The sensitivity (Se) and specificity (Sp) of real-time quaking-induced conversion (RT-QuIC) on pools of 10 third eyelids (2) or 5 third eyelids (3) from white-tailed deer compared to previous disease-status determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) of retropharyngeal lymph nodes and/or obex. The column on the far left indicates the number of third eyelids in the pool that were from white-tailed deer with lymph nodes which had previously tested positive by ELISA and IHC. TP = true positive. FN = false negative. FP = false positive. TN = true negative.
