Construction of an animal model of lung adenocarcinoma A549. (a) Nude mice were executed by dislocation method 12 days after the last treatment, and all nude mice were seen to have tough subcutaneous nodules. (b) Blunt separation of the subcutaneous mass with scissors reveals grayish-red, hemorrhagic tumor tissue that is adherent to the surrounding tissue.
