The map is divided by administrative levels: Provinces with bold black boundaries and IDs, and Parishes with grey boundaries. The IDs match the names of the provinces in Table 2. Parishes are filled with a gradient colour indicating the number of farms under surveillance that reported disease suspicion to the NVS (Galapagos islands are omitted).
