(A) The dot plot analysis shows Ki-67 expression in THP-1 cells after treatment with AsA and/or radiation. The data illustrate the proportion of Ki-67-positive cells, reflecting cellular proliferation. Variation in Ki-67 expression across different treatment groups suggests changes in proliferative activity, potentially indicating treatment-induced modulation of cell cycle dynamics. Cell proliferation decreases when the dose of AsA increases like the proliferation of the H-AsA 4 Gy group was 22.11% compared with L-AsA or control groups.
