From: Nanoparticles with curcumin and piperine modulate steroid biosynthesis in prostate cancer
LNCaP cells were treated with DMSO, ethanol, polymer, abiraterone, curcumin, curcumin nanoparticles (CN), piperine, piperine nanoparticles (PN), and curcumin piperine nanoparticles (CPN) for 24 h. After treatment, cells were harvested, and DNA content was analyzed by propidium iodide staining followed by FACS to assess cell cycle distribution. Quantitative analysis represents the mean percentage distribution of cells in G0/G1, S, and G2/M phases from three independent experiments. Error bars indicate mean ± SD.
