Fluorescence microscopy images of cells treated with increasing concentrations (20, 10, 5, 3, and 1 μM) of CPN and empty polymer (control). Increased fluorescence intensity in both cell lines indicate dose-dependent uptake of nanoparticles. CPN denotes curcumin piperine nanoparticles.
