Self-efficacy in individual performance

It refers to teachers’ beliefs in their teaching qualities. More specifically, it involves the extent to which teachers believe they can organize the instructional materials in alignment with the curriculum standards and use appropriate teaching approaches.

Self-efficacy in student outcomes

It refers to teachers’ convictions regarding their influence on students through teaching. Specifically, it involves the extent to which teachers believe their teaching practices can increase students’ content knowledge and foster the development of key abilities, qualities and attitudes as outlined in the curriculum standards.
