To extract the critical temperature Tc, we use a simple polynomial equation \(\propto 1-{(T/{T}_{c})}^{\beta }\) to fit the data, finding a phase transition temperature of Tc = 130(1) K in reasonable agreement with ref. 45 (see Supplementary Fig. 4 for the measurement at various microwave and laser powers).
