From: Charge doping into spin minority states mediates doubling of TC in ferromagnetic CrGeTe3

a–c ARPES dispersions measured along the \(\Gamma -{\rm{K}}-{\rm{M}}-{{\rm{K}}}^{{\prime} }\) direction of the Brillouin zone for a surface carrier density of (a) N = 3.1 × 1013 cm−2 (hν = 48 eV), (b) N = 4.8 × 1013 cm−2 (hν = 80 eV), and (c) N = 7.9 × 1013 cm−2 (hν = 80 eV). Fermi surface measurements around the M point of the Brillouin zone are shown as insets. The topology of the Fermi surface changes, indicating a doping-dependent Lifshitz transition. d DFT calculated band structure, indicating the spin-minority nature of the conduction band.
